The Chicago Diabetes Project
The Diabetes Transplant Unit is part of this unique collaboration of world-renowned scientists, physicians, engineers, chemists and molecular biologists from three continents working together to cure diabetes as fast as possible. The focus of the project is encapsulation of insulin-producing cells for insulin dependent diabetes. www.chicagodiabetesproject.org
